Critical incident – means the inability to use the system’s main functionalities by the majority of users

Urgent incident – means problems in using the system’s functionalities by the majority of users and/or the inability to use non-core functions and/or the inability to use the main features of the system by a few users.

Standard order – means all topics that are not incidents, for example configuration of new services and their changes.

Request – means issues related to consultations, answering questions concerning the operation of systems, statistics, reports and other non-critical information.

These are maximum times, the vast majority of them react and we usually respond within a dozen or so minutes.
